a week or so ago jason and benjamin picked out two pumpkins. benjamin thought lauren's should be smaller than his, so that's what she ended up with. he was proud that he was able to lift her pumpkin and demonstrated that numerous times.
today was a good day to carve the little guys, despite it being warm out and both kiddos having off-days. neither one wanted to partcipate. jason and i did the work while our lovely kiddos took turns whining (lauren) and yelling orders (benjamin). oh well...

they did enjoy watching the pieces being popped out
