we had a very sweet valentine's day together. benjamin and lauren received several cards and gifts through the mail to open on sunday. i have a vase of fantastic roses...orange (my fave!), light and dark pink, and ivory. thank you jason:) jason also surprised the kiddos with a stuffed 'valentine friend'. benjamin's has joined his nighttime sleep crew, while lauren is still deciding what to think. here are a few of our highlights...

still in pj's...lauren loves the 'happy feet' penguin from grandma & grandpa.
benjamin became obsessed with his wall-e electric toothbrush....we'll have to figure out how to work this into his morning routine without lauren seeing...(she used hers on her hair...)
