jason, benjamin and lauren left for their drive to chicago a few hours ago. yes, i already miss them (although i love a clean & quiet house and a bit of time to myself!). jason finished with his semester classes earlier this week so he's had much more time to be with the kiddos.

ben doesn't care to fly, but piggy-backing it works for him.
i had to throw this one in...benjamin's first school picture. the little guy WOULD NOT sit up straight or smile. he had this funny side-tilt going and a weird expression on his face. everytime i look at this picture it makes me laugh!
