pumpkins and more

benjamin has been noticing and pointing out pumpkins lately while we are out walking. so this morning the two of us went and chose two of our own to bring home. he loves them, although not sure what to do with them. meanwhile, lauren sustained her first bump on the noggin. she was crawling around and seemingly forgot to put a hand on the floor...instead using her head, and pretty hard. there's a big red bump on her forehead and even her nose. we'll see how this lovely bruise progresses. didn't seem to phase her after a nice nap. oh, benjamin finally uses a regular swing now. today, after months of trying to coax him onto one, he finally decided it was time. no more baby swings for this little guy!
