a little bit of fun

My mom and sister Darci have been visiting from Illinois since Friday. Thanks to some pretty nice weather we've been able to be outside quite a bit, including several park visits and one game of croquet. We still hope to play a few more games, although Jason is loving his reign as winner. As you can see from the pictures, Darci has been outdoing Ben at the park (she is competetive...) Benjamin and Lauren took to their Grandma and Auntie really quickly with Ben identifying them by name immediately, although we're not sure how that happened since he hasn't seen them in several months. He LOVES them, his 'Gramma Boots' and 'Darci' (no longer 'saucey'). Lauren has been keeping us laughing with her facemaking and silliness. She's quite a personality already.

Of course the days are going by much too quickly. Luckily there's much more fun to be had before they leave us on Friday.
