Lauren and I took a week away from the Olson boys to drive to Illinois to visit family and friends. Lauren was an amazing passenger and trooper the entire week despite long car rides, missed naps, sleeping in unfamiliar territory...so our first stop was Schaumburg (Chicago to you Minnesotans). Here we finally met Adam and Nina, Lauren's cousins (Nina is 2 days younger than Lauren), and played a little catch-up with college roomies Lynn and Karen, and sisters-in-law Elissa (also a college roomie) and Lindsay. Just not enough time....then we were off for our second stop...
